You say to yourself I can buy the same pump for hundreds of dollars less on eBay or Amazon so why would I buy this? The fact is that what we have is much different even though the part numbers appear to be the same. Our Solas pump has a unique exit nozzle not like the others you have viewed which are designed specifically for runabouts and degreed differently to help them plane quicker and have top end speed. So, when you bolt one of those kits on you will not get the same performance as this nozzle kit. This is the pump and nozzle kit used by the Champions and now you know why the Kommander boys holeshot every race! The Solas KGX-PM-148/74T 12-Vane Stainless Steel Pump is a direct bolt-on performance upgrade. The one-piece, investment cast stainless steel pump offers increased bottom-end acceleration, improved hook-up, and up to 2mph top speed gain over the OEM pump. Oversized bearing housing supports and includes 3 high-quality sealed bearings, seals, shaft and billet aluminum pump cone. Kit includes reduction nozzle and return assisted trim/steering nozzle along with one 87.00mm interchangeable nozzle ring for fine tuning. Diameter without nozzle ring installed is 92.50mm.
