PJS USA solid-top exhaust manifold for the Kawasaki 650, 750, and 800. The closed-top design runs cleaner and eliminates the cracked-top weak spot of the OEM water-jacketed manifold. The solid casting also opens the door for aggressive porting the stock unit can't handle, which is where the real power gains come from.

Cast locally in Southern California using the original West Coast tooling at one of the same foundries PJS ran back in the 90s. Three water intakes feed serious flow to your engine, so cooling keeps up when you lean on it.
